 This panel can be used to track disciplinary sanctions and rewards of the employee.

No. In this field you can enter the consecutive number of the record.
Type In this field you can select from the lookup list the type of the record - whether its is a reward or disciplinary sanction.
Name In this field you can name the record type.
Date In this field you can select from the calendar the date, when the reward or punishment occurred.
Approved By In this field you can select from the lookup list the person who approved the reward or punishment for the employee.
Note In this section you can enter a more detailed description of the reward or disciplinary sanction.
For example, you can enter the disciplinary sanction and the reason.
