In this panel you can track employee's positions and his or her history in you company. Once, you have entered data in the Employment Record panel, the program will transfer data in the first line  or create the first. All changes that might appear will be entered in following lines. This will give you a more transparent view of employee's movements in your company. In the Previous Employment section of the Employment Record, is displayed the currently active position of the employee.

Line In the Line field are consecutive numbers of lines in the Salary Parameters section.
Act. If you select this option, the employee is currently active on this position.
Position In this field is the position of the employee.
Start
In this field is the date, on which the employee started to work in this position.
End
In this field is the date, on which employee stopped  to work in this position.
Superior
In this field is the superior of the employee in this position.
Department
In this field is the department, to which this position of the employee belongs to.
Cost Ctr.  
Code of inc. In this field is the code of increase for this position.
Through this field you can track employee's increased positions in you company. The program will enter this field automatically, once, you have entered the position. If required, you can enter or change the code manually.
Incr. length of service  
Factor
In this field is the factor for the calculation of the salary.
Salary Grade In this field is the salary grade in which the employee is or was in this position.
Education In this field is the education of the employee he has or had while working in this position.
Occupation
The program will enter this field automatically according to the entry in the Education panel.
Enter Valuation Index Manually
000001.gif In lines of the Salary Parameters section you can see data about employee's positions, education he or she had while working in a certain position, start and end dates of working in this position, etc.
000001.gif You can enter the End field, even though the employee is still active in a certain position. This way, you will have recorded till when the employee will work in this position. On the basis of the start and end date, you can report a document about reassigning the employee to another position.
