Open the e-mail window by clicking the Send by E-mail button in the report window.

From The e-mail address of the sender. The default sender and e-mail server are set in Program Parameters | Internet.
To E-mail recipients. Enter them manually or select them from the lookup table.
Cc E-mail recipients listed here will not be revealed to the recipients listed under 'To.' For example, you send an e-mail to a customer and a copy to your supervisor, but the customer should not know about the copy, therefore you enter the supervisor's e-mail address in the 'Cc.' field.
Subject The subject of the e-mail. By default, the report title is entered here.

If sending a document, the document number is also shown.

Files The list of attachments that are to be sent together with the e-mail message.
Message body text The e-mail text.

The default message text can be defined per-user (see personal settings) Clicking this button sends the e-mail.

Send Clicking this button sends the e-mail.

 

000001.gif If a subject has no e-mail addresses defined in the Subjects register, it will not be shown in the lookup table.
