Work order reports enable you to display material requirements (that is, materials required for producing ordered products), view the news for products and delivery deadlines, etc.

The window for selecting criteria offers you a possibility to set criteria for work orders you want to include in the report:

Report Type
Select a report type you want to use from tree structure. Select among the following:
Document Types
Restrict a report by individual document types.
Item TypesRestrict a report by individual item types.
WO (From - To) Restrict a report by range of work orders.
Product ID
Restrict a report by individual products.
Material ID
Restrict a report by individual integrated materials, that is, components.
Prim. Category
Restrict a report by primary category.
Sec. Category
Restrict a report by secondary category.
Customer
Restrict a report by individual customer (from WO)
Consignee
Restrict a report by individual consignee.
Department
Restrict a report by individual departments (from WO).
Cost Ctr.
Restrict a report by individual cost center (from WO).
Produce-By (From - To)
Restrict a report by date margins of production deadline in WO.
Order Date (From - To) Restrict a report by date margins of the order placed.
Order (dropdown)
Restrict a report by individual order and line - the selection table offers manufacturing work orders besides sales orders.
Deliver-By (From - To) Restrict a report according to date margins of delivery deadline for order.

Parent WO
Restrict a report according to parent WOs. Parameters can be observed and used only in MF manufacturing edition.
 WO From
Restrict a work order by bottom range of parent WOs.
 To
Restrict a work order by top range of parent WOs.
51454.gifNo Parent WO If checked, you can set criteria only for those work orders themselves not having any parent WOs.
51455.gifAll Linked
If checked, all work orders, that is both parent and child ones are selected according to the set criteria.
If checked, hides all other checkboxes, that is All Parent, All Child and Include Parents.

If checked, all parent work orders are selected.
51457.gifAll Child
If checked, all child work orders are selected.
51458.gifInclude Parents If checked, includes parent work orders as set in the criteria.
WO Status
Select a stage of manufacturing to which a work order you want to include in the report belongs. According to type of manufacturing set, appropriate work order statuses appear here:
