Work outside the normal working hours

 

The report shows the working hours that were done outside of the normal working hours.  It is a pre-prepared form, content and reason of the report for working overtime.

1. Report Criteria

The following fields are the report criteria:

Employees Select one or more employees or leave empty to get the report for all employees.
Departments Select a department or leave empty to get the report for all departments. 
Cost Center Select a cost center or leave empty to get the report for all cost centers.
Period From - To Enter the starting and ending period for the report to display.  This criteria is mandatory.
Status Select a status of employment or leave the criteria set as All Statuses to display for all.
Expected no. of hours This is a mandatory field.  You must enter the hours and minutes that were done outside the normal working hours.
Reason for the order

From the drop down list select the appropriate reason for working outside the normal working hours.  It can be one of:

  • Exceptionally increased workload
  • Continuation of a work or production process in order to prevent material damage or danger to human life or health
  • Reasons of urgency to prevent a breakdown of work equipment that would lead to a break in work
  • The need to ensure the safety of persons and property and the safety of traffic
  • Any of the other exceptional, urgent and unforeseen reasons provided for by law or by a collective agreement at the level of the trade
Export to Folder Select a folder for the report to export.
Sending Mode

Sending mode can be one of the three:

  • 1 - Report
  • 2 - Send by E-mail
  • 3 - Export to Folder
Attachment Name The name of the attachment

2. Report Buttons

After the criteria is selected we can choose the following options:

Open Folder

Click on this button open a File explorer.

Export to Folder Click on this button to choose the folder for the report to export.
Sign / Print / Archive This button enables you to send the message to employees and save the file in Documents.
Send by E-mail Send the report to the employee by E-mail.
Report Open the report to check its contents and accuracy.

 

HINT

For reports 3953963DP3DQ, 3DO, 39039139439J, payslip printouts (3E33H03GH3H3,...), and printouts 3LO3LP, 3E43LG3LQ, when sending documents to the DMS, the document period will be recorded in the document's metadata, but only if the period is entered in the period filter. If the period is not entered in the filter, it will not be transferred to DMS. Therefore, we recommend making the period variables optional.
