It is possible to append entries to existing journal entry. We only need to choose it from drop down menu. Choose posting type Append and select document from drop down menu.

When we want to post document types that are for entering invoices in accounting firms, Pantheon will return IRIS message to deselect that document type or make change on document type. Such posting is not allowed. It would cause disappearance of journal entries on invoices entered in accounting firms. |
