Stock Reports

Stock Reports

Various stock reports can be found here.

 

Change Sale Price Here you can change sale prices.
Price Change Reports  

Here you can create reports about price changes. Available are reports for retail price, sales price, wholesale price 1 and 2 by a number of criteria.

Inventory Count

Here you can perform inventory counts for a whole year or shorter periods.

Inventory Excess/Initial Stock Here you can post any determined inventory excesses.
Inventory Shortage/Inventory Write-Off Here you can post any determined inventory shortages.
Inter-Warehouse Transfers

Here you can move stock between warehouses.

Warehouse Card Here you can create reports that show the value of items in transactions.
Serial Numbers

Here you can create reports for items with serial numbers. Reports include only items that are tracked by serial numbers, be it single items or batches.

Current Stock  

 

Here you can see the stock of items at individual warehouses, prepare inventory count sheets, and create stock valuation reports for individual warehouses.

Minimum Stock Reports

Here you can see how much items' stock deviates from each item's minimum, maximum and optimum stock. Minimum, maximum and optimum stock for an item is set in the Items register

Available Stock

Here you can see how much of the present stock is actually available.

Items with Negative Stock

Here you can see which items have at any point had negative stock.

Material Movements

Here you can create reports about all movements made with document types for Goods.

Refresh Stock

Here you can refresh stock-related data. It might happen that the program ends abnormally and consequently not everything is properly recorded (e.g. stock, serial number, etc.) and a refresh is needed.
