History

The History tab enables you to record and monitor the conversations between the service and the customer.

Warning
History tab is visible on the service order form, if the option History is enabled in the Service Order document type.

On the left side of the panel, there are functions for starting and ending a call, as well as a grid with the call history.
On the right panel of the form, you can select the contact person at the customer and record the course of the conversation (or the key elements of the conversation).

Start |
By clicking the button, the record of a call is started. |
Finish |
By clicking the button, the record of a call is finished. |
Unreachable |
By clicking the button, the record of a call is finished and marked as unreachable. |
Start |
Displays the start of a call, when the Start button is clicked. |
Type |
Displays the type that indicates the call type (Called or Unreachable). The value is determined in the History in Debt Collection section of the Settings | Financials panel in Administration Panel. |
Contact |
Select the contact person from the Contacts persons register of the subject selected in the Service order. |
Note |
Enter the note of the call. |
Report |
By clicking this button a 33M - History report is created, that displays all the data about recorded calls from the tab.
