Posts
The Posts tab displays information about all postings related to the Fixed Assets, Small Tools, or Fixed Assets in Acquisition. The listed information cannot be modified directly in this tab. Instead, it serves as a summary with detailed data about each post and provides quick access to the corresponding Journal Entries, where the posting can be viewed and edited if needed.
The Posts tab can be accessed in the Fixed Assets, Small Tools and Register-Fixed Assets in Acquisition registers.
The Posts tab consists of the following functional units:
| Journal Entry |
Displays the internal number of the Journal Entry. Double-clicking the field opens the corresponding Journal Entry. |
| Line |
Contains the sequential number of the posting. Double-clicking on the field opens the corresponding Journal Entry. |
| Account |
Lists the Account to which the Fixed Assets, Small Tools, or Fixed Assets in Acquisition have been posted. Double-clicking on the field opens the Chart of Accounts register. |
| Debit |
Shows the amount recorded on the debit side of the Journal Entry. |
| Credit |
Shows the amount recorded on the credit side of the Journal Entry. |
| Document |
Shows the number of the Depreciation Calculation report. |

Doc. Date
(Document Date) |
Represents the date of the internal invoice used when detailed posting is selected. |
| Link |
Displays the supplier’s invoice number when detailed posting is enabled, while also referencing the internal invoice number used during posting. |
| Value date |
Displays the date taken from the accounting period of the Journal Entry. |

Hint
- More information about posting can be found in the chapter Posting and Automatic Posting.
- When using summary postings, detailed information (such as document links or invoice numbers) is not displayed. These details are only visible when detailed posting is selected.
