Browse Documents provides a powerful tool to
quickly access documents allowing quick search of records concerning individual
subjects.
Here you can browse documents similarly than
in explorer, where you can shift through the document tree view by just clicking
a map. The window where documents are displayed contains main types of transactions::
Orders
|
Contains all subject's orders. |
Manufacturing
|
Contains all subject's manufacturing documents. |
Goods | Issue
|
Contains all subject's documents of issue.
|
Goods | Receiving
|
Contains all subject's documents of receiving. |
Posting
|
Displays all subject's posts. |
Cash
|
Displays all subject's cash disbursements and receipts. |
Trips |
Displays all subject's trip forms. |
CHRONOS |
Displays all subject's Chronos records. |
If no documents exist in a branch, it will not be displayed.
Clicking the branch or item opens a list of all child documents. All document
types are displayed for subject. Clicking the selected type of document, displays
an overview of all documents of this type for subject. Every document includes
the following data: document ID, date of creation, amount in document.
Moreover, clicking a document lists document lines. The following can be observed
in material movements: item ID, item name, quantity, item price.
On the other hand, in non-material movements (posting) they are the following:
account, report ID, date, debit/credit amount.

Narrow down search by entering a specific
item in when browsing documents. This is useful when you are trying
to look up a document containing this item.
Filtering by a specific item looks it
up in:
- Orders

- Goods | Issue
- Goods | Receiving
