46030.jpg The records in the Subjects register can be filtered according to certain subject groups by simply choosing the adequate type of filter from the table (customer, suppliers...).. By default the program offers all subject types from which to select: Customer, Supplier, Customer or supplier, Bank, Municipality, Warehouse, Department, Employee, or Institution.
Navigation Buttons

Enables you to delete records, add them, shift through and search data (see navigation buttons).

Set criteria in lookup table to search, sort and filter by records.

Here you can set various criteria that is, search by fields in Subjects: Name, Name 2, Name 3, Address, Postal Code, Phone, Tax Number, Supplier Type, Customer Type.

000001.gif You will not be able to delete subject if documents are linked to it! An error is returned (see Record cannot be deleted because records in the following tables are dependent on it) listing databases where the subject is located. Deleting subject ID is a irreversible process!
