Selecting Resources from the  Settings | Manufacturing menu opens the register displaying at least the General tab. Selecting the General tab opens a panel for editing resource's general information. Here are specified available capacities linked to the selected calendar. From here you can also access the Regulations, Salary Grade and Equipment registers. In addition you will also find fields displaying resource cost.

Resource-related Data

 
Calendar Enter or select a calendar. The field appears if checked in the Show Data box in Administration Panel | Program Paraters | Manufacturing | Registers | Resources (Here you can also set default values.).
Regulation Enter or select a regulation. The field appears if checked in the Show Data box in Administration Panel | Program Paraters | Manufacturing | Registers | Resources.
Salary Grade Enter or select a salary grade. The field appears if checked in the Show Data box in Administration Panel | Program Paraters | Manufacturing | Registers | Resources.
Display Color Set color used for displaying resources.

Capacity

 
Work From Set the exact operations time of resource. Set default value in the Default Values box in Administration Panel | Program Parameters | Manufacturing | Registers | Resources. The value in the To field is calculated automatically.
Work To Set the exact time when the resource operation ceased. Set default value in the Default Values box in Administration Panel | Program Parameters | Manufacturing | Registers | Resources. The value in the Work From field is calculated automatically.
Scheduling If checked, it sets whether the resource is used in work process scheduling.
Hrs/Shift Enter an estimated number of hours per shift.
Shifts Enter an estimated number of shifts per day.
Employees Enter number of employees. The field appears if checked in the Show Data box in Administration Panel | Program Paraters | Manufacturing | Registers | Resources.
Machines Enter number of machines used per resource. If multiple machines (of the same type) are included in manufacturing process, then you don't have to add a new resource for each machine. Of course, this means that the machines will be treated as a unit and you will not be able to distribute them separately.
Over norm [%]; Enter average percentage value exceeding the norm.
Loss [%] Enter percentage value of average losses in resource operations.
Gross Hrs Displays the number of gross hours according to the data entered in the Work From - To fields. You can change it at will.
Net Hrs Displays net hours.
Max. Hrs/Shift Set maximum number of working hours per shift.
Set-up and Production Costs

The bottom boxes display set up and production costs of resource.
