Positions of Employment

010383.gif

Selecting Positions of Employment tab opens a panel where you can link positions with resource. Positions of employment are listed in the upper section. They are linked to a department entered in the General resource panel.

You can add or remove positions from the list. You cannot enter more recent data because it is linked to Positions of Employment.

See bottom section to view list of employees of a specific position of employment.

Specifiying Lines in Positions of Employment:

Line Displays a number of record. You are offered the first available number. Change it at will.
Position Enter or select a position of employment.
Department Enter or select a department.

Employee Information in the Bottom Section

Employee Displays an employee assigned to the position of employment selected above.

Here are offered only positions of employment which have the same department specified as resource. Before changing department, a check is run for entered positions of employment. You cannot change the department in case any data are found. Accordingly, you receive a notification:

Department cannot be changed - resource has defined positions linked to the department!
