The button is meant for the receiving of the whole document of the outer source. The most frequently, these are the intelligent bar code scanners, with which you scan the whole packing slip in the warehouse and then transfer it to the document with the use of this button.(see Bar code scanner). |

if the item is being managed by the serial numbers, the click on this button opens the window, which allows for the selection of the serial numbers for the issue or the transfer. For a detailed description of the following of the serial numbers, see chapter Serial numbers. |
Wareh. Card
|
The button displays the warehouse document for currently chosen item in the warehouse of issue. |
Stock
|
With the click on this button you can check the stock condition of the item of the chosen line in all warehouses.

Click on this button or the shortcut to this function, the combination of   buttons, allows for quick search of the item and its selection for entry in the document.
Go to a new, empty line in the document and find the item with the help of the function for item search (see Registers - Items search).
