The employer has to ensure that health and safety at work activities are performed in accordance with health regulation. The activities can be performed by a public health institution or natural person or legal entity with the concession for performing activities of health services.

This panel is for tracking employee's medical examinations.

Examination Date In this field you can select from the calendar the date, the inspection has been performed on.
Examination In this field you can select from the lookup list the type of examination.
Performed By According to the entry in the Examination field, the program will fill in the performer of the examination automatically.
Examination Results In this field you can select from the drop-down menu the result of the examination (from the register of Medical examination notes).
Interval If you have set in medical examinations register, the program will enter the information in this field automatically, or you manually enter the information here.
Next Examination In this field you can select from the calendar the date of the next examination. If you have set the interval in the register of Medical examinations, the date will be filled in automatically.
Our Notes This is a box (for the text), where you or your company can enter notes about the performed medical examination for each line separately.
Doctor's Notes This is a box (for the text) where you can enter notes of the doctor about the performed medical examination for each line separately.
000001.gif The easier way to enter a medical examination to employees is with the Medical Examinations register that you can access in the Personnel | Health and Safety at Work | Medical examinations. Each entry into this register will automatically transfer in the Medical examinations panel of the Employee files.
