You can set to each standardized field a lookup list (lt - lookuptype) to search or display additional fields. You can add to an individual lookup field an SQL or Select Query to search and define names to columns in the lookup table or list.

Register This is a register of default SQL queries, from which you can select.
ID Once, you have selected the register, click the Default Value button and the program will display the ID of the selected SQL query.
Show Search Button025899.jpg If you select this option, the program will enable you to search with a navigator.
Preview After you click the Text button, the program will display a Preview field of the selected/created SQL query as will appear in the selected lookup field.
Test Once, you have selected the register and ID click the Test button and program will display the Preview field.
Refresh Fields A click on this button will refresh field or changes in the Search Fields table.
Delete Reg. If you click this button, the program will delete settings of the register.
Default Values In the SQL Query field the program will display default values of the selected query, once, you will click this button.
SQL Query In this field the program will display the default query or you can create one at you choice according to the created view.
Search Fields In the Search Fields table are fields defined according to the SQL query.

 

The common use:

Field setting do not fill in by default. You have to set and name the fields by yourself. At ItMS you have to place first acIdent and at ltMSN - acName.

 

Example: Settings for searching items by name (ltMSN).

To search items in an document by name. If you have selected the Show Search Button option, the program will add to fields with a lookup list the navigation button 025995.jpg through which you can  search as well.

These settings are available in all documents, where fields have a lookup list to search items by ID.
