Links to forms and archives

In the Links to forms and archives step in the Setup wizard you can edit links between PANTHEON forms, classifications and archives.

The link is determined the first time a document is imported to a specific form.

HINT
  • For more detailed information about Links to forms and archives, read the chapter Links to forms and archives.
  • You can easily imagine the Archive as a closet in the Storage. By default, one archive is available in PANTHEON, but you can create one for different types of documents or e.g. we organize separate archives for different locations according to the company's needs.

In this chapter, an example of how to use the Forms and Archives Links wizard.

You can open the Setup Wizard in the menu Settings | Program | Administration panel | Settings | Documentation.

Case summary

The person responsible wants to quickly arrange links to forms and archives using the wizard. This is done as follows:

  1. Preview forms
  2. Setting up forms

1. Preview forms

The person responsible wants to review the form and archive links in the setup wizard.

In the Setup Wizard, the person responsible selects the Links to forms and archives.

A list of settings will open.

The list includes PANTHEON forms and their related classifications and archives.

The person responsible continues to set up forms.

2. Setting up forms

The person responsible wants to edit the settings for the form: General information.

General information is a panel in the Employee files.

HINT

Form names are visible in the toolbar if Show Names is selected in the Form Settings.

The person responsible wants to change the type of classification for the selected form, which will be automatically assigned when the document is imported into the documentation from the form.

In the Classification the person responsible selects 111 - Pogodbe o delu, podjemne pogodbe / Job contracts, business contracts from the drop-down list.

HINT

You can choose between classifications from the Classification Scheme.

The selected form wants to change the archive type.

In the Archive from the drop-down list, the person responsible selects the desired archive in which the documents will be placed when importing from the form: DMS0 Documentation.

HINT

You can choose from the archives specified in the register of Document types.

The person responsible saves the changes by clicking the Down arrow key.

The new settings are visible in the list.

By clicking the Next button, the person responsible continues to step Storage Preview in the Setup Wizard.
