Document Links

It is mainly an informative panel displaying how the documents are linked.

Restrict searching at will:

Document	Restrict the overview by document.
Linked document	Restrict the overview by linked document.
	After selecting one of the document types and clicking this button, only documents of the selected type appear in lines.

Lines:

Type	Displays type of link.
Document	Displays the internal document ID.
Line	Displays the number of the original document (If all lines of this document are linked to the linekd document, value –1 is displayed, otherwise 0.)
Linked doc.	Displays the linked document ID. With some types of links this field can be empty, otherwise document numbers are displayed.
Line	Displays the linked document ID (If all lines of this document are linked to the linekd document, value –1 is displayed, otherwise 0.)
Field A	The total amount in line (only with links of the A, B and G type)
Field B	The amount of tax in line (only with links of the A, B and G type)
Table name	Here is displayed the table containing data concerned.

Most of the links displayed here can be found in the corresponding form in the overview if linked documents menu or in some subpanels in forms (Links, Prepayments, Transactions...). See for example Goods | Receiving.
