Remote support

Remote support functionality is used for direct contact with supporter. In case you have any questions or problems, remote support request can be sent and supporter will connect to users phone to help resolve reported issue.

Direct screen sharing is only possible on Samsung S4 smartphones. On other devices supporter will connect to your phone, you will be able to communicate with him and share data by sending screenshots.

Support activation

To activate remote support, user has to open remote support dialog, write a reason for remote support and click send. This request is sent to Datalab, where request is evaluated and dedicated to supporter. After clicking on send button, user is warned about terms and conditions, which should be checked.

ISL application instalation

Remote support is done with ISL software. If user doesn't have this installed, first step will be installation of this application.

Request activation

After the installation of ISL, request is activated by Datalab. Timer will appear that shows user his waiting time. Connection is refreshed every 10 minutes. Window will minimize when user receives your request.
