Balance report of customers and suppliers enables a simple oveview of the
movement nad balance of subjects as customers and as suppliers as well together
with the offset claims and liabilities balance.
Report type | The report of thus selected data may be made by any detail. The selected
report type can be displayed by double-clicking the report name or by
clicking the report icon.

Customer account
|
you may enter the account, in which claims to customers are monitored.
By default this is the first customer account from the parameter (Program
parameters | Financials | General).

Supplier account

enter the account, in which liabilities to suppliers are monitored.
By default this is the first supplier account from the parameter (Program
parameters | Financials | General).

Subject
|
the report may be restricted by individual subject. If the field is left
empty then the overview shall be made for all subjects.

- the field should be selected, if we want to display only the
outstanding amount of the dcument (e.g. in case of partial payments)
- If the field is not selected, the whole amount of the document as
posted is displayed

Currency |
the balance report may be created in the foreign currency, if the posting
was in foreign currency. In such a case you enter the foreign currency code
in this field.

if the posting is in a foreign currency, the amounts of claims and
liablities in the balance report may be displayed as:

Subject's
balance |
We may select which claims and liabilities do we want to include in the report.
We may choose one or both of the options:

credit balance – items where the balance of credited claims
and liabilities are displayed (there are more claims than liabilities to the
subject)

debit balance – items where the balance of debited claims and
liabilities are displayed (there are more liabilities than claims to the
subject)
Together with one of the
above options we may select:
