The payment orders for the payment of payables can be created:

• directly from the receiving document in the  the Payment order panel of the Goods module
• automaticallly, as in payroll accounting
• you can prepare them on the basis of the entered receiving documents in the Create payment orders from invocies - in LCY or In FCY menu
• you can prepare them on the basis of the outstanding items in the Payment Order menu
