000001.gif The register may be opened by double-clicking the field where the data is entered (see fixed assets register and small tools register)!
000001.gif By creating the inventory only active fixed assets shall be included, that is those, which are marked for depreciation calculation.

The fixed assets status determines whether it is necessary to depreciate or revaluate the fixed asset. When calculating the depreciation or revaluation you should select the status how the individual fixed asset is treated – whether it is to be depreciated or revaluated.

Two types of status are used internally by the program:

  • status AC - it is by default used by activating of the fixed asset for active fixed assets in use.
  • status NON - it is by default used for settled fixed asset

You can optionally add new statuses to the both previously mentioned.

When calculating the depreciation the program automatically sets the same status to the status item for calculation as it did to the previous item or the item to be depreciated.

Status
two-character name used for the status. The fixed asset may be (predefined) active or non-active. If it is active, the depeciation and revaluation are still calculated for it. But if it is non-active, it is kept in the fixed asset register only for our record. You may of course optionally add statuses.
Name
status name (maximum 30 characters)
Depreciation
we select whether the fixed asset, which was marked with this status, shall be depreciated
Revaluation
we select whether the fixed asset, which was marked with this status, shall be revaluated (the data is not used anymore after the  31.12.2001)
019337.jpg by clicking this button you copy the existing status and create an additional one
019331.jpg by clicking this button you can print the status register of the fixed assets
