A timetable can be used in order to graphically represent schedules in work orders according to resources. Background color can be set in the Resources register. On the other hand the color of a work order changes automatically and according to the default settings of status colors in work orders.

Timetable Options:

By clicking a work order
Opening a work order where general work order information appear in the main section of WO.
Selecting an area holding down a left mouse button
Maximize a selected area in Gantt chart.
Selecting an area holding down a right mouse button
Reset to original size.

Setting up How a Timetable is Displayed:

By right-clicking a calendar in a Timetable panel enables you to display data in various ways

Day

Displays timetable for a day.

Week

Displays timetable for a week.

Weeks

Displays timetable by weeks.

Year

Displays timetable by year.

Gantt Chart

An option allowing you to display timetable as interlaced operations (Gantt chart).
