Beside general settings of authorisations for individual menu options and types of documents, you can give the following authorizations to the users:

Allowed editing of already posted An individual user can be given the highest (Deleting) or the lowest (Zero) authorization. The zero authorization means, that the user is not allowed to change already posted documents.
Confirming documents This authorization is given generally or on the level of types of documents (if you have imported them previously). An individual user can be given the broadest (Deleting) authorization or the most narrow (Zero= authorization. Zero authorization means that the user is not allowed to confirm the documents.
Editing of confirmed documents
This authorization is given generally or on the level of types of documents (if you have imported them previously). An individual user can be given the highest (Deleting) or the lowest (Zero) authorization. Zero authorization means, that the user is not allowed the edit the confirmed documents.

If the user does not have an  applicable authorization for an individual function, the program prevents the use of the function and reports an error (see You are not authorized for this operation (xxx)!), where the lowest needed authorization for the function to be successfuly executed is displayed in brackets.

In case, that the user does not have an authorization or has a zero authorization for an individual type of document, these documents are not displayed by calculations.
