In the menu
for the available stock overview you can display data about the current
available stock for all items or for the chosen selection of items. Here all the
terms are defined as in the "Available Stock" section.
Report type |
Select the desired report type. The report can then be triggered with the
click on the
button or by
double-click on the name of the report. See
example of the available stock report.

Item types |
Check the
item types , you wish to include in the
available stock report. By default the items of
type S - Service and U - Combined service are excluded.

Item |
The report can be limited to a certain item or a certain selection of
items (see Wildcards).
|
Category
| The report can be limited according to the
primary category of the item.
|
Sec. categ.
| The report can be limited
according to secondary category of the item.
|
Supplier
| The report can be limited according to
primary supplier from the items register.
|
Warehouse
| Enter the warehouse for which you
are searching for the data about the available stock.
If the warehouse is not being entered, the free stock will be calculated for
the primary warehouse from the parameters.

For items from order |
Select the number of order and thus limit the report on items in the
selected order. You may also use the wildcards. |
Available free stock |
The checkbox is checked by default and means that you wish to display the
items which have available stock on upper selected warehouse positive or
equal to 0. |
Negative available
stock | The checkbox is checked by default and means
that you wish to display the items which have available stock on upper
selected warehouse negative or equal to 0. |
Do not show items without free stock |
The checkbox is checked by default, meaning, the items which have the free
stock equal to 0 in the primary warehouse as well as in all warehouses will
be excluded from the report. These are usually items that do not have free
stock and no orders placed. If you check the box, these items will appear in
the available stock overview. |
Use
only valid orders | The box is not checked by default
and means, that the program should also consider the orders, which have
passed the date of validity (as with Available
stock overview ).
If the box is checked, only the valid orders will be included in the
calculation of available stock. |
Include only approved orders |
If you check this option, only the orders, that affect the free stock will
be shown in the report (ordered amount on the report is so different from
0). These are all orders with the
status, that affects the available stock. |

Click on this button triggers the report
of the overview of the available stock with upper selected criteria.
