Report type Select the desired report type. The report can then be triggered with the click on the 016854.gif button or by double-click on the name of the report. See example of the available stock report.

Item types Check the item types , you wish to include in the available stock report. By default the items of type S - Service and U - Combined service are excluded.

Category
The report can be limited according to the primary category of the item.
Sec. categ.
The report can be limited according to secondary category of the item.
Supplier
The report can be limited according to primary supplier from the items register.
Warehouse
Enter the warehouse for which you are searching for the data about the available stock.
If the warehouse is not being entered, the free stock will be calculated for the primary warehouse from the parameters.
For items from order Select the number of order and thus limit the report on items in the selected order. You may also use the wildcards.
Available free stock The checkbox is checked by default and means that you wish to display the items which have available stock on upper selected warehouse positive or equal to 0.
Negative available stockThe checkbox is checked by default and means that you wish to display the items which have available stock on upper selected warehouse negative or equal to 0.
Do not show items without free stock The checkbox is checked by default, meaning, the items which have the free stock equal to 0 in the primary warehouse as well as in all warehouses will be excluded from the report. These are usually items that do not have free stock and no orders placed. If you check the box, these items will appear in the available stock overview.
Use only valid ordersThe box is not checked by default and means, that the program should also consider the orders, which have passed the date of validity (as with Available stock overview ).

If the box is checked, only the valid orders will be included in the calculation of available stock.

Include only approved orders If you check this option, only the orders, that affect the free stock will be shown in the report (ordered amount on the report is so different from 0). These are all orders with the status, that affects the available stock.
016855.gif Click on this button triggers the report of the overview of the available stock with upper selected criteria.
000001.gif Data on the report is same as date from the Available stock overview .

000001.gif In the right-click menu on this window, the functions for window settings can be found.
