Overview of the minimum stock allows for the overview of the deviations from the minimum, maximum and optimal stock. The data about minimum, maximum and optimum stock of the item is contained in the items register

Report of the minimum stock overview can be limited to:

Report typeResult can be displayed by two types of sorting:
Item types Check types of items, for which you wish to display the overview. By default the items of types S and U are excluded. 
ID The report can be limited by a certain ID of the item. If the field is left empty, the report will be created for all items.
Name The report can be limited by mane of the item.
Category The report can be limited by primary classification of items. The data about classification into which the item belongs is described in the items register.
Sec. categ.The report can be limited by the secondary categorization of the items. The data about the secondary classification, into which the item belongs is described in the items register.
Warehouse The report can be limited to a certain warehouse. If you leave the field empty, the report will be created for all warehouses.
Primary supplier The report can be limited to a primary supplier of the item. The data about the primary supplier is included in the items register.
All items
  • check if you wish to include in the report the overview of items which do not have the data about minimum, optimum or maximum amount entered
  • do not check, if you only wish the overview of the items, for which you have entered the data about the minimum, optimum and maximum stock. This is also the default setting.

 

Active The report can be limited by the status of the item
  • All - the report should be created for all items, regardless the status
  • Active - the report should be only created for the active items
  • Inactive - the report should only be created for the inactive items.
Stock list type Select the type of report, that tells, which data from the "Stock" register should the program use for comparison:
  • Minimum- by default, the report type "Less" is being used with this option, and thus only shows the items, the stock of which has fallen below minimum
  • Optimum - by default, the report type "Different" is used with this option, and thus only shows the items, the stock of which is greater than optimum
  • Maximum - by default, the report type "Greater" is used with this option, and thus only shows the items, the stock of which is greater than maximum.
Report type Report type is by default being selected according to the chosen report type (minimum, optimum or maximum stock). Three modes are possible:
    • Less - by default used for control of the minimum stock. All items, the stock of which is smaller than minimum stock will be included in the report (see description of the previous field).
    • Different - by default used for control of the optimum stock. All items, the stock of which is different from the minimum, optimum or maximum prescribed stock will be included in the report (see description of the previous field)
    • Greater - by default used for control of the maximum stock. All items, the stock of which is greater that minimum, optimum or maximum prescribed stock will be included in the report (see descriptions of the previous field).

000001.gif The overview only considers the items, that have the data about minimum, optimum and/or maximum stock entered in the "Stock" panel of the items register. If the data in the items register equals 0 (zero), then such items will not be included in the report.
