The Documents panel enables you to quickly access documents and find records containing a particular item.

It works like window explorer where you click folders to open and view documents in tree structure. Main modules branch out after collapsing Datalab PANTHEON tree:

Orders
  • Sales Orders
  • Purchase Orders
Manufacturing  
Goods
  • Receiving (Document, Consolidated, Prepayment)
  • Issue (Document, Own Use, Consolidated, Prepayment)
  • Transfer
Service
  • From/To Customer (Receiving, Issue)
  • From/To Supplier (Receiving, Issue)
Customs Transactions
  • Receiving
  • Issue (including customs issue and customs registration)

 

If no documents exist in a branch, it will not be displayed.

 

Click a branch or folder to expand it and display all child documents. All document types which contain the selected item will be displayed. Clicking a document type opens an overview of corresponding documents.

The followi ng information will be displayed:

  • document ID
  • document date (date used in warehousing)
  • subject (the customer in documents of issue, the supplier in documents of receiving, and destination warehouse in transfers)
  • warehouse (issuing warehouse in documents of issue, receiving warehouse in documents of receiving)
  • amount entered in the "Amount Due" field

Clicking document lists lines of document. The following items are available for material movements:

  • item ID
  • item name
  • quantity
  • price per unit

 

Warehouse You can set warehouse to narrow down list of documents. Enter or select a warehouse and click the Refresh button.
Open Click it to open the document.

Refresh
Click it to refresh tree.
Date From - To You can narrow down search by setting date. To do this, set Date From and To fields.
