000001.gif You will not be able to delete ID if any documents are linked to it! An error is returned showing databases where the item is contained. It is an irreversible process!

Enable you to delete records, add them, shift through and search data (see navigation buttons).

 

20222.jpg The Items register contains a lot of important data, which you must enter very carefully. The copy button simplifies the addition of new items. This button will copy the currently selected record in the Items register and open a new record. The new item will have the same ID as the original, plus a question mark "?". Enter a new item ID.

(lookup)

 

Lookup - Clicking 006408.gif opens a special lookup table by using which you can search, sort or filter existing records in the database.

In the Items register, records can be sorted and filtered using the following criteria (fields in the Items register): ID, Active, Name, Retail Price, Sale Price, Wholesale Price 1, Wholesale Price 2, Category, Secondary Category, External ID.

For advanced searching, you can also use the Ctrl-F - Find Items function. To select an item, double click the ID. Once you've entered an item, the window will close. Open it again to enter a different item, or close the Items register and reopen it.







Templates

Wizards

Opens the wizards menu.
  • The Transfer option option in the Wizards menu of the Items register opens a window where you can automatically transfer all records in all databases for an item to another item. This procedure should be used before you delete a record in the Items register.

  • Custom user SQL procedures can also be used. There is a predefined procedure of this type:
