Open a panel for entering and viewing receiving of products from work order at warehouse by selecting Receiving in WO Creation (Process Work Orders).

Whichever tab you select the main section offers the same fields.

Besides receiving products from WO scrap and waste are also received here as planned in individual work order release.. Here it concerns scrap and waste as recorded in lines of work order.

Data and Buttons in Main Section of Panel

Receiving On
Enter or select a date on which receiving was completed.
Final Receiving
If checked, displays final receiving. Check it when the entire planned quantity was received from work order. Here you can also receive it manually when trying to close quantity smaller than planned.
Create
Click it to activate a special carrying out transactions in reverse and reporting production time based on products received from work order.
Confirm ReceivingClick it to confirm receiving of products from work order.

Quantity Received
Displays quantity received from WO (received at warehouse).
Difference
Displays a difference between the planned product quantity in work order and the actually confirmed transferred quantities.
Waste Received
Displays quantity of waste received from WO.
Waste Difference
Displays a difference between the planned quantity of waste in work order and the actually confirmed transferred quantities.
Scrap ID
Enter or select an ID of scrap. By default it offers product ID from work order.
Received Loss
Displays quantity of waste received from WO.
Waste Difference
Displays a difference between the planned quantity of waste in work order and the actually confirmed transferred quantities.
Waste ID
Enter or select an ID of scrap. By default it offers product ID from work order.

 

Data in Bottom Section of Receiving Panel

Department
Enter or select a department. You can find the department in line of document of movement. On the other hand, header of document of movement displays department from work order.
