Click History tab in the Product Specification window to open a panel intended for managing and viewing stored data. To store just click the To History button in product specification.

Specifying Fields:
Date

Displays date and exact time of transfer to history. |
Description
|
Enter a text of description for any line of history. The field is empty by default. |
Clerk
|
Displays a name and surname of clerk who saved specification to history. |
Save to History
Clicking the To History button opens a special window for saving specification to history (Save to History).

Specifying Criteria in the Save to History Window
Item
|
Enter or select an item with product specification. The item from the currently opened product specification window is offered by default. |
Alternate |
Set an alternate to save to history. Or in case All is set for value then all the existing alternates get saved to history. |
Copy Sublevels
|
Check it to copy sublevels to spec history. |
Tools |
Check it to save tools from lines of operation to spec history.
|
Small Tools |
Check it to save small tools from lines of operation to spec history.
|
Regulations |
Check it to save regulations from lines of operation to spec history.
|
Confirm |
After setting all criteria you simply confirm the operation. |
Having clicked the Confirm button a message is returned informing you that the operation completed successfully.

After you finish saving, the window does not close. You can continue with saving other product specifications. |
Viewing Spec History
Double-clicking the Date field, opens the Spec History window. The title bar displays individual Spec History. The header of tree-structured data displays date and exact time when specification was saved to history.

You cannot update or change any record in spec history. But you can copy spec history to other specifications and generate reports.
