With the Evaluation panel a superior can monitor and evaluate employees' effectiveness on a monthly basis.

 You can track evaluation on the level of an individual position and on the level of an individual employee.

You can track employee evaluation on the level of an individual employee in Employee files | Position/Salary | Evaluation panel.

000001.gif To program will transfer in the evaluation only data that you have created with the Employee evaluation by positions wizard.

In the center of the panel you have following fields to define:

Period The program will transfer the period of evaluation.
Evaluator The program will transfer the employee who is responsible for the evaluation.
Description The program will transfer the description of the evaluation.
Points The program will transfer point of effectiveness. It can be used as variable for the payroll calculation (#MUspeh#).

At the bottom in the panel are following fields to define:

Name The program will transfer the name of evaluation from the  Employee evaluation by positions wizard.
Period The program will transfer the period of evaluation from the  Employee evaluation by positions wizard.
Rating The program will transfer the rating of evaluation from the Employee evaluation by positions wizard. Here, you can select from the lookup list another rating.
Weight The program will transfer the weight of evaluation from the Employee evaluation by positions wizard.
Points The program will transfer points of evaluation from the Employee evaluation by positions wizard.
