Period In this field is the period for the personal rating will be valid for.
Rating In this field is the value of the personal rating. Values can be positive (favorable) or negative (unfavorable), and rounded up to 4 decimals. The value can be used as a variable in the payroll (#OCENA#).
Evaluator In this field is the person who estimated the employee. By default it is the superior of the active position. If required, you can change the value with another employee from the lookup list.
Description In this field is the reason for a certain rating.
