Custom Fields
You can define custom fields for the Custom Fields panel in the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | Payroll | Custom Fields | Employee Files. The program will display only fields that you will define (or name) in the program parameters. For a quick access to the program parameters click on the Custom Field Caption button 45642.gif in the Custom Fields panel .
Fields 2, 8 and 9 can only be used in the connection to the program: in these fields are factors that the program calculates in the payroll according to the length of service before the start in your company, after the start in your company and the percentage that you will grant for this length of service. Field 8 is used as factor for the length of service before your company, Field 9 is used as factor for the length of service after the start in you company, and the Field 2 is the sum of both data.
Fields 17, 18, 19 and 20 can only be used for the calculation of the basis and indexes for the valuation of the basis for the
payment of compensations.
In the calculation formulas you can refer to this fields with #Del01#, #Del02#,... #Del27#.
000001.gif Through custom fields you can achieve a greater flexibility in the payroll process, because you can set them to cover even so complex payment process in a company. For more information see chapter payroll variables !
000001.gif Some fields have also checkboxes. With them you can define conversions of the local to foreign currency. The program will draw the currency from the Salary Parameters panel, Currency field.
000001.gif Checkbox beside the Index Valuation field defines whether the value will be calculates automatically according to entered data in the Average salaries (checkbox is not selected), or you can enter the index manually (checkbox is selected).
