After you have created a document in order to change
prices, you need to approve any changes you made to prices (see
taskbar in price change document - Wizards menu).
The new retail prices get transferred to Items
register only after clicking Confirm price change. Before
continuing you have to confirm the approved prices (see
Do you really want to approve prices?), and then
you a message is returned informing you that the prices are approved and changes
recorded in the Items register (see Price approval
complete!). At the same momemt such document are assigned the status
Approved (see document header).
An already approved document cannot be approved once more: The following
error is returned when trying to do so:

Solution:
1. It is not required to approve prices - The document has been already
approved.
2. To make changes to the price enter a new document for changing prices.
