In case you select the option Exclusive Document Access (Goods, Orders and Financials) in Locked Records in Administration Panel the following message is returned the moment some user wants to work on a document another user is already working on:

The message notifies you about the document (journal entry) ID you want to work on; as well as the user who is currently working on it; plus the date and hour he or she started working on it and the time of the last change made.
