In the Transport panel, data about the transport packaging and package number is added to the basic data from the Lines Panel:

50093.png

Gross weight The gross weight of the line calculated as the product from the line and the gross weight of the Item from the Items register. The data can also be edited or added manually here - in this case the gross weight per unit will not be changed in the Items register.

Gross weight is always calculated in the unit in the line, regardless of the unit of measure in the Items register.

Net weight The net weight of the line, calculated as the product from line and net weight of the item per unit from the Items register. The data can also be edited or added manually here - in this case the net weight per unit will not be changed in the Items register.

Net weight is always calculated in the unit in the line, regardless of the unit of measure in the Items register.

Volume The volume of the line calculated as the product of the quantity from the line and the width, height, and depth per unit from the Items register. The data can also be edited or added manually here - in this case the data will not be changed in the Items register.

Volume is always calculated in the unit in the line, regardless of the unit of measure in the Items register.

000001.gif In the document lines, weight and volume PER UNIT are entered, and this data is calculated FOR THE LINE in the line overview. Keep this in mind when creating reports and always multiply the weight and volume by the quantity in the line (see example Report of net weight, gross weight and the volume times the quantity in the lines).
Packages
Number of packages in the line. Type of calculation of packages is selected in the Program Parameters. The number of packages can also be rounded-up.

In Program Parameters you can also select additional control of the divisibility of the quantity shown in the first unit of measure by the second unit of measure (multiple entry).

Package number The number of the package for records, usually the AWB (Air Way Bill) or the tracking number of the transporter.
